The Romance of Fine Country Dining in a 150-Year-Old Vermont Inn . . .
Dining at the Inn at Waters Edge is always a memorable experience. Whether it’s a hearty, homemade country breakfast to greet a crisp fall morning, or a sumptuous, four-course dinner relished in the pure comfort of our dining room, the outstanding dining options at the Inn are sure to whet your palate.
Your dining experience might follow a winter’s day of ski runs on the nearby slopes, or a brisk autumn jaunt along the numerous country roads surrounding the Inn, but however you’ve stirred your appetite, dinner at the Inn always exceeds expectations.
Begin your evening with libations and rousing conversation in Doc’s Place, our 150-year-old, painstakingly restored English pub. Doc's is the perfect spot to mingle with old and new friends in front of a warming fire.
Then find a seat at a table in our intimate dining room, peruse our wine list, and await a culinary experience the “Boston Globe,” “Connecticut” magazine and many other travel publications have reviewed in glowing terms.
Innkeeper Tina Verdrager alternates the Inn’s menu daily, preparing select, home-cooked foods and classic dishes from local farms and purveyors here in the lush Okemo Valley. With advance notice, we’ll also be happy to honor any special dietary needs you might have.
Return to Doc's Place after dinner and cap the evening off with a night cap by the fire, or perhaps a game of cards or billiards. The end of a perfect day!
